Two years ago, we – a group of friends and acquaintances – acquired this fantastic finca on Mallorca.
Since then, we have been renovating and designing it with a lot of love – piece by piece.

The finca should be a place for eternity - sustainable in attitude, construction and togetherness.
We design with respect for nature, focus on durable materials and community instead of consumption.
We believe in lightness in action and depth in connection.
We finance the project through the initial contribution of family members and an annual contribution to pay off a loan (limited in time for about 17 years, with an investment of 100,000€ the annual contribution is about 4,000€). The running costs of the finca are covered by holiday rentals.
