For the next winter (period about November to March) I am looking for a furnished apartment/casita in Mallorca.
I am an early retired teacher (school principal), 57 years old, married, have 3 adult children and no pets.
I speak Spanish (French, English) and can also take care of small organizational tasks or animal care if necessary.
Since we are landlords ourselves, I know about renting and respect the property of others.
I am calm, tidy and reliable.
I am looking for an apartment with 2 bedrooms (preferably 2 bathrooms), as both my husband and one or the other of my children will visit me during this time.
I'm travelling with my own car, but I'll be flying home over Christmas.
If you need the apartment yourself during this time (or at any other time discussed), that would not be a problem for me.
It would also be important to me to have a good internet connection and the possibility to sit outdoors (in the sun).
During my last stay, I really loved the infrastructure of Campos (supermarkets, swimming pool, restaurants, tennis court, festivals,....), which is why I would prefer this area initially (Campos, Porreres, Santanyi, Colonia St Jordi, Sa Rapida,..). But I am open to other areas and am happy about every offer.
If necessary, an offer for a longer-term rental would also be an option for me.
