For my long-time loyal gardener, Mauricio, (self-employed, certified Palmerista, prof. gardener) I am looking for living space on a finca in the north of the island.
He has so far managed a finca (near Golf v. Pollenca) and lived there in the guest house (30m2). The owner has now died and the finca is being sold, so he would like to find a similar living situation.
He is an Autonomo, has a vehicle, all the necessary tools, has papers and span. DNI for many years. He is absolutely reliable, and has an absolutely green thumb.
He is a specialist in palm care, clearing, pruning - lawn care (also on a large scale).
Pool maintenance is also part of it. He also likes to do small maintenance jobs.
He accomplishes this work extremely quickly and with great passion.
The conditions (rent payment) would be agreed on site depending on the amount of work.
Of course, he would also want to rent a caseta or similar in the countryside without a "hand".
