We, a dynamic entrepreneurial couple, are looking for a new place to live in Mallorca to combine our professional ambitions with the quality of life on the island. I work in the field of online marketing and web development and work from here for my two companies in Germany. My partner regularly commutes between Germany and our future home in Mallorca.
We are looking for an apartment, semi-detached house or terraced house in Palma or the surrounding area. What would make our accommodation perfect would be a garden or proximity to a park, as we would like to have our two little Chihuahuas (one weighs 1.7 kg, the other 3 kg) and our 7 kg Ratero with us. They are well behaved and house-trained and bring the joie de vivre of a medium-sized dog.
The ideal apartment for us has 3 to 4 rooms and has enough space for our needs. Our budget for the cold rent is 2000 euros, but depending on the size and equipment, we are flexible.
