We have been living in Mallorca in Sóller since 2017.
We know how the housing market is doing, but we are trying our luck again.
We are a small family with a daughter (4.5 years/ goes to the Escoleta FECIB Sóller). We both work, and have seasonal incomes.
We are passionate about cooking, hiking, but also gardening.
Ideally, we are looking for a house or apartment with at least 3 rooms and an outdoor area. It doesn't have to be modernized, even with a wood stove. Quite clever would be without furniture.
