Friendly pensioner couple is looking for a 2-3 room apartment in Cala Millor, Sa Coma or S'Illot for several months in the coming years. The high season, i.e. June-August, would not be so interesting for us, so it could be rented out for holidaymakers. A balcony or terrace with south/southwest orientation would be perfect. The apartment should be furnished and of course equipped with bathroom and complete kitchen. The cold rent should not necessarily exceed 500, - €, because we both do not have a large pension. We don't break anything and leave everything very clean, just as we find it. :-) We would be very happy about a few offers.
