I am looking for an apartment or small terraced house for long-term rent (preferably indefinite) in beautiful Canyamel, Arta, Cala Ratjada or surroundings from the end of April/May for a maximum of 1,200 EUR/month. A modern bathroom and heating are desirable. Parking space, balcony or garden would be a dream.
The property should be dog-friendly, as my pug (10 kg) moves in with me.
