We (a couple, 49 and 62) are looking for a furnished apartment with 2-3 bedrooms, terrace and/or access to the pool for long-term rent. Gladly close to the beach. For July / August we do not necessarily need the apartment, if the owner wants to live there himself. The monthly asking price would include ancillary costs. We live in Germany, we also work there and currently have an apartment in Palmanova for long-term rent. Since the apartment is now used by the landlord himself, we are looking for something new.
