German couple (early 50s). is looking for suitable accommodation for December 2025 and January 2026.
We want to combine the possibility of remote working from anywhere with the pleasant climate and spend the winter months in Mallorca.
For our workation (combination of work and vacation) we have corresponding requirements for the accommodation we are currently looking for.
Accommodation requirements:
- Possibility of mobile working (2 workstations / tables, reliable and high-performance WLAN)
- Depending on the price and room equipment: an additional room (for online conferences)
- otherwise normal equipment of a holiday apartment (kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher)
- Pool or outdoor area is less important due to the stay period December/January. In our free time we want to explore the area. My husband is an ambitious cyclist and every year at least 1x in Mallorca for training (so he knows his way around)
- optimal is an apartment / finca / accommodation in the Inca region, or other villages located on the north-south tangent
- We would be very happy about a fair price offer.
