I rent a simple single apartment near Porreres.
The apartment is on the first floor. It is a one-room apartment. We enter it through the beautiful balcony with a separate entrance. In the apartment is on one side a kitchenette with gas stove, refrigerator, sink and everything you need. On the other hand, there is the possibility of creating a seat. Either coch or dining table, a wardrobe can be used to create a room divider. The sleeping area is approx. 140x 200 cm in size. The separate shower room is equipped with an electr. Towel, radiator, suspended toilet, vanity and shower. In the cold days, a pellet stove warms. Air conditioning is in preparation, but probably not ready for use until next year. The apartment is like a shared room but without having to share anything in the premises with anyone. Also the price of 500,-€ including electricity, water and internet (with normal consumption) is adjacent to that of a shared room. I will be happy to answer any further questions.
