I offer an office space for shared use in the city center of Palma. (Paseo Mallorca!) It is a cozy space with an anteroom and a main room. Modern, as good as new floor, walls and toilet. At the moment I use the main room alone. I could rent out the vestibule and/or a workstation in the main room. About me: I look after a property management company in DE. That's why I'm often in Germany. I work quietly. Don't make a lot of phone calls. I think it would be nice to have some company here. It would also be important for me that the way of working is calm - if possible, not many phone calls would be great. In terms of space, another workplace would be possible in the main room or in the front room. There is also room for cupboards if you need to store files. Wifi can be shared.
