The room is in a house with a pool, gardens and outdoor kitchen. 20 minutes from Palma, 15 minutes from the airport and beach, there is parking inside the gardens.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen to use and an area in the kitchen with a sofa. There are center island chairs and a
kitchen terrace. You will find tables and chairs in many garden areas.
The pool has lights for summer evenings. The outdoor kitchen has a refrigerator and everything you need to prepare a meal by the pool. The gardens have orange, lemon and grapefruit trees, which are ready, and you can pick them. There is aloe vera, and herbs that you can use as well.
With Palma only 20 minutes by car and the airport 15 minutes by car, with no small roads, the room is ideally located for people working in the city or airport and returning home, and relaxing in tranquility.
The Town of Algaida is just a 5 minute drive away with supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants and bars and many other types of shops. There are doctors, a gym and exercise studio, beauticians and hairdressers. It would be good for people who want to retire in Mallorca and we are on a cycle route.
There is completely separate stables, so it is fine for someone who also has a retired small pony/horse and would enjoy having their horse "at home"
