The village house is located on the corner of a pedestrian street in the center of Petra, where a morning market is held in the area two days a week.

It has a terrace at the exit of the kitchen, of about 25 m2 where is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer and access to an attic that could be used as a storage room. From the terrace it connects to a private garage of the owner where you can park the car. There are in 4. This is the first floor of a rooftop terrace with a covered gazebo and a 360º view of the city of Petra, the countryside and the mountains.
Rooms: The house, built in 1947, was documented in 1953 and has 2 floors of approx. 152 m2 of living space and another 88 m2 of living space in the attic with a storage room. The downstairs bathroom was reformed in 2018.
Ground floor: We have an imposing entrance room with a beautiful stone columned arch. From this to the right there is the living room and to the left there is 1 bedroom with double bed.
Passing the arch we have the staircase to the 1st floor and access to the dining room with connection to the large modern fitted kitchen furnished in the style of the time which is equipped with gas cooking flames, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen next door has a pantry and a door where there is a rainwater well.
From the kitchen we go to a gallery where there is 1 bathroom with shower and access to the terrace, laundry room and garage.
First floor: 1 bedroom with balcony overlooking the street and access to 2 double bedrooms (one of which has a covered balcony on the corner of the two streets), 1 bathroom with bath/ shower and a dressing room. Door with access to the stairs to the upper floor.
Equipment: white-pink ceramic floor tiles with garnet tones, single glazing, green Mallorcan blinds, Spanish TV channels, telephone connection, 2 x AC (hot-cold) in the living room and the bedroom on the ground floor, GESA electricity, city and cistern water, hot water via electric boiler.
