The large, well-kept finca is located in the east of the island, near Porto Cristo. Throughout the finca, the original elements of a finca have been preserved and can be found in many loving details of the decoration and the rustic ambience.
All rooms are equipped with heating (gas).
The finca has a large main house, which has a typical Mallorcan room layout, in the entrance area a small room (office? storage?), a spacious kitchen and several smaller rooms as a storage room, laundry room, as well as an open living-dining area with fireplace, and a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there is a small gallery as well as 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
In addition, there are two separate residential units in the annex,
Apartment 1:
with kitchen/living room and fireplace, 2 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms
Apartment 2 :
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms but without kitchen., but living room with fireplace.

The finca is perfectly suited for private use for family and visitors, use of the apartments as an office and the like.
It is about 50 km to the airport, 45 minutes by car. There is a direct shuttle bus to/from the airport to Manacor or Porto Cristo in season. The finca is about 5 minutes by car to the harbour town of Porto Cristo, where there is a beautiful newly created promenade with many restaurants and cafés, the harbour and a beach. In the surrounding area other beaches can be reached quickly, e.g. Cala Millor, Sa Coma, S ́Illot, Cala Mandia or Cala Romàntica.
In Manacor or Cala Millor there are several large supermarkets, including Lidl and Aldi.
