Local - Bakery on a main street in Cas Concos.
Exterior: Partially covered terrace / courtyard behind the restaurant where there is a storage room and a furnished and equipped kitchen with gas hobs, oven and 2 fridges as well as a pantry, 1 bathroom with shower/ bathtub and an oil tank.
Premises: The restaurant was built in 1920 and partially renovated in 1995 and has a total of 80 m2 of usable space.
We have two entrance areas of about 40 m2 over two levels with furniture, counter with cash register and bread slicer. Via a round arch, one room offers a decorative firewood stove (not usable) and at the rear there is a sliding door leading out onto the courtyard/terrace.
There is also a cellar with 2 rooms where there is another type of fermentation and bread slicer.
Equipment: Old, typical ceramic tile floors, single glazing, glass windows with blinds ( Persian ) facing the street, 1 x AC ( hot – cold ) in the front room, Gesa electricity, rain cister and city water, hot water via electric boiler, industrial stove can be operated with electricity or diesel oil, there are no TV antennas, internet/telephone line possible.
Miscellaneous: The restaurant can be rented with complete machinery / equipment (industrial oven and machines which are inside) and thus to be able to work as a bakery or the restaurant can also be used for other gastronomic purposes. For this purpose, only the appropriate licenses need to be requested (restaurant, café, ice cream parlour, etc...).
Prices: Without bakery equipment for €800/month, with bakery equipment €1,000/month + 2 MM deposit and utilities of electricity, water and garbage fee as well as 2 MM commission.
