We are renting a plot of about 5000 sqm located approximately 1 km outside the village of llucmajor.
The plot is suitable, for example, for growing your own fruit and vegetables, spending a few pleasant hours with the family in your own piece of nature, or for keeping animals.
The plot is fenced and has a small old stone hut that is well suited as a storage room. In addition, there is a double horse shelter and another large shelter.
There are several tanks on the property for water storage. Water is drawn from these tanks using a petrol-driven pump.
There is no electricity. However, you could certainly install a solar system there.
The plot is currently fallow and would need to be cleared. If the tenant takes over the plot in its current condition, we would grant a rent-free period.
