Away from the tourist areas I rent a double bedroom of approx. 15 sqm with its own large modern shower bathroom. The room has a large terrace double window onto the balcony. There is a large built-in wardrobe in the room. There is no TV in the entire house. The room faces the street. Quietly located with only some traffic at certain times.
The outdoor area consists of 2 levels, with the pool on the lower level.
Parking is directly in front of the door.
The room, in a modern house in Petra, is rented to a quiet tenant.
There is also a train to Palma City. Next door is the theater of Petra, where events take place from time to time. In summer there is almost a summer break and life takes place on the market square, which is about a 5-minute walk away.
The beach of Son Serra de Marina is about a 15-minute drive from my house.
I definitely recommend having a car.
Since I work from home, I am at the house most of the time. The kitchen is open but can be closed with a large glass sliding door. Interest in joint activities and cooking is not necessarily present, as I concentrate on my work and certainly have different meal times. No offense meant. With mutual sympathy this will surely change.
For me it is simply important that I do not have a smoker, because I do not want to deal with smoke. Sorry smokers. ;-) don't be offended. I prefer a tenant who also cleans independently from time to time and above all is not loud. You can have parties outside. That is totally common in Spain.
