Winter - Low-season rental between October / November and April
Well-kept single-storey chalet / terraced house with many terraces, BBQ and sea view at the port of Canonge - Banyalfubar in the west of Mallorca.
Fenced plot of approx. 145 m2 with many terraces; at the rear of the house there is a BBQ facing northwest, an outdoor shower and access to the chalet via a few steps.
Rooms: Built in 1960 with some subsequent renovations - the last in 2022 with approx. 80 m2 living area.
We have a living-dining room, a furnished nice fitted kitchen with a gas oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave and all kitchen appliances.
2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 single bedroom (all with built-in wardrobes) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Equipment: Single glazing, wooden and aluminium blinds, Spanish TV channels, WLAN internet connection, closed wood-burning stove in the living-dining room and an open fireplace in the kitchen. Furnished and equipped 100% including bed linen and towels.
Other: Bringing pets must be requested. Additional costs for electricity, firewood and €50 for a biweekly interim cleaning extra. Commission depending on length of stay - see our terms and conditions point 11.
Distances / Location: Approx. 0.5 km to the coast/harbour beach and approx. 25 km to Palma. Some service providers are available in the region. The chalet is located in a typical small Mallorcan harbour village which is close to the Tramuntana and surrounded by mountains.
