We are looking for a Listing Agent (Autónomo) for property surveys and research of new properties mainly in the south, Palma and southwest.
Your profile:
- You live in the area and know your way around it
- You have excellent communication skills
- You speak English, German and Spanish
- You have a professional demeanor with very good manners
- You are motivated and share a high degree of commitment and initiative
- You own a car and a laptop
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not a prerequisite
Your tasks:
- Contacting owners and recording properties
- Professional recording of new properties
- Ensure that all required sales documentation is available
- Regular support for owners
- Organization of visits
- You are the link between the owner, our sales agents and potential buyers
- You regularly inform your customers about the marketing of their property
