We start in Mallorca with an innovative ice cream concept! The brand is already successfully established in Germany – now we are looking forward to taking off in the Balearic Islands as well.
For this purpose, we are looking for a motivated, reliable and thinking all-rounder full-time. They support us in setting up on site, take on operational tasks – and have the opportunity to act as operations managers in the future.
Your tasks:
• Active participation in the development of the local structure and processes
• Filling and control of our high-quality ice cream machines
• Route planning and delivery with a company vehicle
• Inventory monitoring and easy stock management
• Support of the management in day-to-day business
What we offer:
• Gross salary between €2,100 and €2,500/month (12 payments per year)
• Year-round permanent employment with clear development opportunities
• 40-hour week with regulated, predictable working hours

What we expect:
• Class B driving licence
• Good language skills in German or English and in Spanish
• Independent, responsible way of working
• Physical resilience and hands-on mentality
• Industry experience is an advantage but not necessary
