Your tasks:
• Assistance in accounting and administrative tasks
• Processing of credit card receipts
• General office activities and document management
• Support with other organizational and administrative tasks in CRM
• Processing of personnel matters and application management
• Organization and coordination of internal processes
• Knowledge of the Spanish authorities and labour laws
What you bring to the table:
• Confident handling of the PC and interest in administrative activities
• Good knowledge of German (at least B1 level) as well as knowledge of the Spanish language
• Quick comprehension and a structured, reliable way of working
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
