We need sales talents with experience in the real estate, interior design and/or construction sector for high-quality microcement and metallic surfaces in the field of interior design and interior finishing. We offer a full-time or part-time job on a commission basis.
1. Experience in distribution or sales, ideally in the field of interior design, interior decoration or construction.
2. Knowledge of materials, trends and design in the field of interior design and interior finishing.
3. Strong communication skills and persuasiveness to advise customers and convince them of the products.
4. Sociability and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
5. Independence and initiative in order to achieve sales goals on your own responsibility.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs and requirements.
7. Willingness to work in a commission-based work model and meet sales targets to earn a decent income.
