Employee as team leader for the cleaning department
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced employee to lead our cleaning department.
As the market leader in the field of 5-star real estate management, we attach great importance to quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to lead a motivated team and work with us to maintain cleaning standards at the highest level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of a cleaning team consisting of several employees
- Partial collaboration in order to set an example of the standard for the employees
- Ensuring compliance with cleaning standards and quality guidelines
- Planning and monitoring of cleaning processes and working hours
- Coordination and communication with internal departments and customers
Requirements:
- Experience in the cleaning industry, ideally with management experience
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Organizational skills and the ability to set priorities
- Excellent communication skills and team orientation
- Reliability, conscientiousness and high quality standards
- Flexibility and resilience to respond to changing requirements
- Valid driver's license
- German language, at least partial Spanish language skills would be an advantage
