Job offer: Full-time position in customer acquisition, customer support and marketing

Tasks:
Actively attract new clients to our equine coaching programs through phone calls, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
Supporting and advising existing customers to build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Development and implementation of marketing strategies, including in the area of email marketing, to promote our offers.
Creating engaging copywriting and content for various marketing materials that highlight the uniqueness of our programs.
Conducting sales calls, both over the phone and in person, to convince potential customers of our offer.
Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other departments to achieve our marketing and sales goals.
Requirements:
Experience in customer acquisition, customer service and marketing, ideally in the field of personal development or coaching.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, Spanish is an advantage.
High empathy and the ability to empathize with the needs of customers in order to advise them in the best possible way.
Experience in selling on the phone and good negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and the ability to work in a team.
Flexibility to work both on-site and from home.
Own proper computer and internet access.
