Welcome to the sports boat school. TV – your specialist for sailing adventures and first-class training. We are an ocean-going yacht school, recognized by the DSV and specialized in training for all German sailing licenses and sports boat licenses (SBF, SKS, SSS and SHS) for over 15 years. Our practical training takes place all year round on our own yachts in the Mediterranean (Mallorca), the Adriatic Sea (Izola) and the Atlantic Ocean (Gran Canaria).
We are looking for you as an experienced skipper / sailing instructor (m/f/d) who wants to lead our weekly training trips to acquire a sailing license with around 150 - 200 nautical miles from Mallorca.
Your job includes ensuring that everything runs smoothly on board, looking after our sailing students and organizing an unforgettable training trip.

You bring on board:
- Self-employment and technical know-how in the field of marine technology
- Openness in dealing with people and a friendly demeanor with a positive charisma
- Your own skipper's liability insurance (we are happy to help if you don't have one yet)
- The German sports deep-sea skipper's license SHS and optionally the SSS
- SRC - Short Range Certificate (or equivalent)
- More than 10,000nm of experience, including Atlantic experience
- Experience as a skipper on commercial sailing trips and in sailing training
- Team spirit, reliability and enjoyment of teaching
