Requirements for this job:
- Completed training in tourism, travel agency or comparable
- Native German with excellent communication skills
- Sales talent and a good feel for customer wishes

- Good knowledge of how to use a PC
- Residence in Mallorca

- Individual customer service and sale of cruises
- Planning and sale of cruise packages
- Customer support on the phone or by e-mail
- Regular customer care

- Experience in selling products in the high-price segment
- Experience in sales on the phone, in a travel agency or tour operator
