Your Responsibilities
- Telephone and written customer support in the area of travel booking for a well-known client
- Processing of customer inquiries such as complaint processing and payment transactions
- Rebooking of flight and travel dates as well as cancellations
- Ensuring customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Documentation and follow-up of the discussions
Your profile
- Experience in customer service for the travel and tourism sector
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
- Confident handling of PC applications (e.g. MS Office)
- Strong communication skills and service mentality
- High degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Independent way of working and quick comprehension
