We are on a growth course and are looking for reinforcement for our condominium accounting in part-time or full-time in our office in Palma as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Ongoing posting of all account movements of our condominium properties, including monthly account clarification
Monthly collection of house fees and ongoing receivables management (dunning)
Processing of payment transactions of the condominiums
Preparation of heating and water bills
Meter management and annual query of meter readings
Recognition and development of optimisation opportunities in one's own work area and in interface areas
