Star chef with 20 years of experience in the international gastronomy/hotel industry is looking for a new challenge in Mallorca.
Briefly something about me as a person: I am 43 years young, star chef, cookbook author and since 1998 I have been living my passion in the international hotel industry / top gastronomy.
I reached my temporary highlight with the award of the Michelin star in the Michelin Guide 2016.
My strengths include a high degree of creativity, excellent product knowledge, commitment, ability to work in a team, assertiveness and a passion for the perfect service. Good language skills in English and Spanish round off my profile.
