My name is Leon Weitkamp. I am 21 years old and have been in the restaurant industry for 7 years.
I have completed an apprenticeship as a hotel manager at the Kasten Hotel Luisenhof (Hannover) and am currently at The Ritz-Carlton Wolfsburg.
For years, my family and I have been going to Mallorca every year and I have always imagined what it would be like to work there. Now I have the necessary professional experience in gastronomy as well as in fine dining. I am young, motivated and very open to new experiences. I speak German, English and am motivated to learn Spanish because I had it in class in my school days.
