I am looking for a new challenge and professional reorientation as a chef or as a sous chef in Mallorca.
My professional experience ranges from small fine dining restaurants with 30 seats, to larger holiday clubs with buffet offerings. A structured way of working, an understanding of craftsmanship, as well as a passion for creative and modern cuisine are a matter of course for me. I prefer to look for a job in a small team, in an à la carte restaurant or in the hotel kitchen.
