Hello lovelies,
In today's world, it is becoming more and more important to appear self-confident, to set boundaries in order not to fall into the role of victim, to be exploited and devalued.
From my many years of experience in training with children and adults, martial arts is one of the most effective ways to build self-confidence and self-confidence.
I would like to pass on this experience in my self-defense seminars.
The next seminar will take place on 27.04.2024 from 2 – 6 p.m. at Finca S'Olivar in Son Macià.
Please be there a little earlier so that we can start on time.
Special sportswear is not required. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes (no flip-flops) so you can move around.
Please bring enough water and something light to eat. There will be small breaks in between to recharge your batteries.
Children aged 12 and over are welcome with the participation of a parent or guardian.
The energy compensation is € 50 per person,-.
