Since 2003 I have been working internationally in the event and tourism industry. From 2018 I am expanding my knowledge as a coach for burnout prevention with yoga, Pilates, Nordic walking and aqua fitness, this paired with mindfulness hikes, relaxation and valuable tips for a healthy and vital diet and lifestyle.
