The day retreat begins with relaxation and breathing exercises, meditation, a transformative breathing journey, integration round during a cacao ceremony with incense and finally rounds off the day with free dancing.
Since this form of one-day event requires a safe setting with caring accompaniment, the maximum group size remains limited to only 6 people.
On request, this day retreat can also be booked privately individually or as a couple.
