I rent out 3 separate furnished rooms with private bathrooms during the winter season. There is also a spacious communal kitchen including state-of-the-art appliances and a large dining area. The entire finca is hot/cold air-conditioned and has a high-quality washing machine. Wi-Fi and TV are also in the room. In the outdoor area, in addition to the terrace, there is a nice barbecue area, a large pool and many horses.
The finca is surrounded by beautiful nature and is only a few minutes drive from "Campos" and "Sa rapita". There are supermarkets as well as cafes and restaurants. The most famous beach "Es Trenc" can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.
Since 3 dogs and 3 cats also live on the finca, I can unfortunately not accept requests with dogs
