AdBlue error message? No engine start possible? AdBlue System Diagnosis / Problem Solving Help via A

A defect in the AdBlue/DEF system can lead to various problems, such as an error message "Please check the AdBlue/DEF system/visit the workshop" or even a missing engine start. Repairs to these systems are often very cost-intensive, as various components usually have to be replaced. And if it is no longer possible to start the engine, the vehicle usually even has to be towed.
In such cases, we offer AdBlue system diagnostics and assistance to start the vehicle again. The AdBlue/DEF system can be deactivated for a short time (e.g. for driving to the workshop) or even permanently (for export).

Note: Remote help via mobile app! In the meantime, we even offer solutions with which you are able to activate/deactivate an AdBlue/DEF system (or other vehicle components DPF, EGR, etc.) at any time via mobile phone app. This can sometimes be an invaluable advantage (e.g. when travelling), as in this case even assistance from a distance would be possible.
