The peace and quiet that everyone is looking for is at home here: At night you only hear the ringing of sheep bells and the glow of the stars. Nevertheless, you are just a few kilometers away from Artà – one of the most original and sought-after towns on Mallorca, where you can hear Spanish and German equally when you sit in the market square in the evening.
The apartment is furnished in a Mallorcan-simple and cozy style: bathroom, a small kitchen and a view into the distance are included – plus a huge terrace in the middle of the magnificent nature of the natural park.
There is no pool or underfloor heating – instead, a split air conditioner ensures a pleasant temperature. And if it should get uncomfortable in autumn, a gas stove (estufa) is available, which warms the room in a short time. A washing machine can be used. The price is monthly including electricity and water with normal consumption.

The 1-room apartment is available from October 1st to November 20th and then again from December 22nd.
