My name is Frank Predika, I am 50 years old and have been living in Spain for over 30 years. Gastronomy and especially working behind the bar have been my passion for many years.
In total, I have more than 15 years of professional experience as a bartender in various renowned tourist regions of Europe, including Vienna, Ibiza, Mallorca and the Canary Islands. During this time I was able to gain extensive experience in dealing with international guests, preparing cocktails and providing professional service.
I work reliably, friendly and always organized and professional even when there is a high number of guests. Teamwork, customer orientation and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for me. English and Spanish are spoken.
