The house is within walking distance of the famous Orientplatz. The old town starts right on the doorstep - every Wednesday you can enjoy the Mallorcan market life right outside the door. Many local restaurants for all culinary preferences are also nearby.
Around Capdepera countless great beaches and coves can be reached within 5 minutes by car - Cala Agulla - Sa Font des sa Cala - Cala Mesquida - Cala Torta - Son Mol - Canyamel!

Our house "Casa Levante" was sure to inspire you! It is an old listed townhouse built in 1912, completely renovated in 2023 with high quality materials and equipped with all modern conveniences without losing the old Mallorcan charm. The air-conditioned townhouse features modern and elegant décor. The large kitchen for 6 people is generously equipped with dishes and all electrical appliances (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, hand blender, air fryer, kettle, toaster, blender,... ) that you need for cooking.
The townhouse comprises a total living area of approximately 150 square meters, spread over 2 floors. The whole house is at your sole disposal. The "Casa Levante" has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are very large and have double beds (180x200 cm). Another bedroom is slightly smaller (bed 140x200 cm). All rooms are bright and friendly furnished and feature all comforts.
On the lower floor there is kitchen, dining room and a living room. On the first floor there is a large and the small bedroom. Also there you will find a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is located on the second floor with a completely new bathroom en-suite. From the upper windows you can see the castle of Capdeperas.
Another highlight of the house is the sunny courtyard (patio), in which there is a beautiful lemon tree in the middle. In the evening hours, the inner courtyard is staged by an atmospheric ilumination. Cool off in a small pool, which is certainly just the right place to relax. An outdoor dining area with dining table, gas grill, charcoal grill and sun loungers complete the outdoor area. In the patio there is a small shower room with toilet and a storage room. In the storage room there is a washing machine and dryer. The whole house has super fast internet (fiber optic). Television with IPTV (infinite number of channels in all languages) and a Bluetooth radio complete the media package. Parking and bus stop directly opposite the house.

The indicated price refers to an occupancy of 2 persons. For each additional person we charge 15€ per day extra. Children up to and including 12 years of age are excluded from this package.
