The fully fenced plot of more than 100,000 m2 is located near Manacor with a good access road and about 400 m from the road. The agricultural property is stocked with sheep, many almond and carob trees, olive trees and a talayotic village.

The entrance to the property is a path decorated with trees on both sides that leads to the typical Mallorcan houses.
Own front terrace in front of the house where you can enjoy the balmy winter evenings there. There are 2 more houses a little further away from this one, which can also be rented over the winter ( individually or as a total pack F 250 a + c )
