The walled plot of about 350 m2 with some shrubs has 2 covered and 1 uncovered terrace pitches (one with afternoon sun), parking, BBQ, an outdoor washing machine room with washing machine and a manual gate.
Premises: Approx. 60 m2 living space on one level - but with steps.
From the entrance area lying left 1 bedroom, right lying the somewhat small fitted kitchen with gas hobs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and electric oven. Straight out the bright living - dining room with fireplace and rear right by 1 bathroom with shower (also a bit small). To the left of the living room is the 2nd double bedroom which faces out to the rear.
Equipment: The chalet was completely renovated in 2022 and has single glazing with partial sliding window system, Internet of 6 MB, bright floor tiles, 1 vent, 1 x AC (hot-cold), electric hot water boiler, city water, Gesastrom, new furniture, 1 closed fireplace, terrace furniture and 2 loungers.
Other: Pets by arrangement. Monthly payment method or in advance with an advance cost flat rate for electricity in the amount of 90 € where the actual consumption at the end of the rental period is read by invoice template or meter as well as extra: wood for the fireplace. Occupancy up to 3 people. Minimum rental period: 2 months. Provisional depending on length of stay.
Intermediate cleaning possible on request - extra.
The upper floor is only used by the owners in summer and is not rented!!
