It is located in the countryside on a family plot of approximately 1,500,000 m2 and private access. It has several outdoor units and a family house where the owner occasionally lives on the ground floor and the upper part is rented out and has a separate entrance via an external staircase.
It has an uncovered terrace of about 15 m2 where there is also a washing machine and an electric hot water boiler.
Rooms: Built in 1956 with some small later renovations with the retention of the original elements of the house and has about 90 m2 of living space.
It has an entrance, from which 1 bedroom leads off to the right, opposite the entrance is the dining room, and 1 further double bedroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower.
The living room has an open wood fireplace and an equipped fitted kitchen with 2 gas hobs, fridge and microwave.

Rent between September and June with a minimum rental of 6 to a maximum of 10 months. ( July and August a different rental price ). 1 MM deposit plus water and electricity consumption extra. Commission depending on the length of stay.
Distances: 2 km. to the coast and S'Estanyol and about 45 km. to Palma.
