The rooms are bright and large, the 2 bathrooms are equipped with a very spacious shower and a short tub, normal fitted kitchen, living, dining room with large window front and access to the terrace with a wonderful view and 3 bedrooms.
Equipment: double glazing, 2 fuel oil radiators (electric), washing machine in a bathroom and Spanish TV channels. No internet!
Other: Keeping animals is not allowed. Monthly payment method of rent + electricity extra. Commission depending on the rental period.

Distances: To the coast / beach in a few minutes, to Palma about 65 km, shopping in about 20 m distance and of course lots of entertainment in the pedestrian zone.
