Modern chalet with pool and partial sea views in Portocolom.
The chalet is located on an enclosed plot with high wall of about 1,000 m2. Several trees and plants surround the house where you have the feeling of being in your own oasis – far away from the city. 2 electric entrance gates and enough parking spaces.
At the back of the chalet we have the pool of 7 x 3.5 m where also in the immediate vicinity is the summer kitchen with BBQ, open fireplace and 1 practical bathroom with shower.
The chalet has a covered terrace on the ground floor - at the exit of the living room and kitchen - and on the first floor there is an uncovered terrace with partial sea views.
Premises: Built in 2009 with approx. 260 m2 of living space.
Ground floor: entrance area of which on the right is a gym with several machines, to the left of the entrance 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Opposite the entrance you reach the large living room with adjoining fitted kitchen and adjoining dining area which is equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, complete kitchen inventory. A laundry room with washing machine is next door.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms (1 of them with built-in wardrobe), 1 bathroom with shower.
Equipment: Good quality construction, stoneware tiled floors on the ground floor and wood laminate on the first floor, double glazing, aluminum shutters, solar system and GESA electricity, drinking water treatment plant, satellite TV and Spanish TV channels, WiFi connection via fiber optic of 50 MB, electric radiators in all rooms, 4 x AC (hot – cold) in the living room and in 3 bedrooms, hammocks, cot and baby chair available as well as bed linen and towels.
Other: Animal husbandry on request. Additional additional costs for water, garbage, internet, garden and pool maintenance are included - only a final cleaning fee of 250,00 € + possibly incurred electricity consumption extra + deposit i.H.v. €1,000. The house is also offered for holidays in summer ( CH 02 FZ ). Optional: intermediate cleaning extra.
Distances: approx. 0.8 km. to the coast, about 0.5 km. to all service providers and about 63 km to Palma.
