This magnificent possesesque with its 30 acres of land and 2000 sqm NFL main house is one of the second last ancient mansions from the 13th century. It is surrounded by a nature reserve on the east coast of Mallorca and offers a great foresight, which at that time was also considered a lookout point against enemy attacks. Currently, an archaeologist is commissioned by the owner to do further historical research. As far as it has turned out so far, the old tower is aligned with Mecca. This means that the Possesion is likely to be even older in historical terms. There is an unobstructed view up to the sea, which is no longer found in the whole of Mallorca. There are other outbuildings that can also be converted into living spaces. The garden includes, on the one hand, a unique planting of unusual, old cacti ect., on the other hand, from a pleasure garden area with a stream and stone seating groups.
The main house and outbuildings around the patio were recently fitted with a completely new roof chair and re-enclosed. The façade has been partially renovated. There are several wells and cisterns on the site. Public water and electricity supply is secured. A chapel joins the main house and seats 60 people. Fairs and celebrations can still be held here today.
