Hello! We are a couple who lived in Mallorca for more than 20 years before Corona. At the moment we live in Austria, but we would like to return to the island. We plan to become self-employed. That is why we are looking for an apartment for long-term rental from Alcudia to Can Picafort or Paguera area or Santanyi area. We are looking for an apartment with 1 or 2 bedrooms, rent up to about 700€ per month. If someone rents out a restaurant including an apartment, that would be even better. We could talk about the price then. It is no problem to pay the full annual rent in advance. It would only be for the two of us, no pets. We would be very happy if someone would contact us!
