Hola dear landlords, I am looking for an affordable apartment in Mallorca in preparation for my retirement.
Optimal would be 2-2.5 mostly unfurnished rooms, with a balcony or terrace and some infrastructure nearby.
Up to 850,-€ rent would be reasonably feasible for me as a future retiree per month.
In return, they get a dear, easy-to-maintain and reliable tenant. 😉
