We are a retired couple with a fixed income (pension) and are looking for an apartment / house on Playa de Palma for the long term rent. Residence is abroad. We are in Mallorca at different times. At least 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Heating / air conditioning. Garage or car parking space. We have no pets and are quiet people. Furnished or unfurnished.
