The house is located on the corner of a pedestrian street in the centre of Petra, where a morning market is set up in the area two days a week.
Very sunny and good ventilation due to its location in the southwest.
It has a terrace at the exit of the kitchen, of about 25 m2 where is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer and access to an attic that could be used as a storage room. From the terrace, it connects to the owner's private garage, where you can park the car.
The house consists of 3 floors plus attic and from here you can access the roof terrace with a magnificent pavilion and a 360o view of the city of Petra, the countryside and the mountains.
Rooms: Built in 1947, the house was documented in 1953 and the bathroom on the ground floor was reformed in 2018.
It has 2 residential heights of about 152 m2 and a further 88 m2 of living space in buildings and warehouses.
Ground floor: We have the entrance to a room with a beautiful arch with stone columns where we have right a living room and left 1 bedroom with double bed. Passing the arch we have the stairs to the 1st floor and access to the dining room. From here we continue and find the kitchen furnished in the style of the time, which is equipped with gas cooker flames, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen next door includes a pantry and a door where there is a rainwater fountain.
From the kitchen we go to a gallery where there is 1 bathroom with shower and access to the terrace, laundry room and garage.
First floor: We have 1 bedroom with balcony overlooking the street and access to 2 double bedrooms (one of which has a covered balcony on the corner of the two streets), 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower and a dressing room. Door with access to the stairs to the upper floor.
Features: White-pink ceramic floor tiles with garnet tones, single glazing, green Mallorcan blinds, Spanish TV channels, telephone line, 2 x AC (hot-cold) in the living room and bedroom on the ground floor, GESA electricity, city and cistern water, hot water over electric thermal baths.
