Unit 1: This room of about 50 - 60 m2 is on the ground floor and has an open fireplace with access to 2 rooms. Electrical cables are installed.
Unit 2: This unit of about 50 m2 is located on the ground floor, next to Unit 1, where there are 2 interconnected rooms (one of these has a considerable height to possibly build a loft. Power lines are installed here.
Unit 3: This room of about 20 m2 is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by an external staircase. No windows or power cables are installed.
Features: There is no electric power connection or an alternative power supply, only a large generator. The water comes from our own well with several storage tanks with a minimum pressure pump. Simple glazing, Spanish TV antenna is installed and there is a rain cistern.
The roof is of the original construction and has no leaks (from about 1900, although it exists in archives from 1956). Sanitary water pipes are only available in the toilet and on the terrace, where there is an old sink.
Conditions / Renovation works: There are some renovationworks and different restorations to be carried out here. Possible models:

Model 2: Medium refurbishment measures plus installation of solar cells and the units separated for a rental price of 450 €
Model 3: Complete refurbishment, installation of solar cells and a unit of 2 or 3 units for 400 €.
